Many people walk into my classes all thinking the same thing. That exercise is all about weight loss. There are many benefits about fitness. If you are not yet ready to lose weight it does not mean you are not ready to exercise. Then you also have to deal with your comfort zone. In order for exercise to be productive you need to come out of your comfort zone and feel uncomfortable for a little while. It will not last long and will actually be a long term gratification because you decided to make some short term sacrifices. It is all about making positive choices for yourself, so your life can be rewarding. What do you really want? An hour of comfort, or the feeling of fulfillment of having that healthy fit body you have wanted all of your life.
Let’s face it, many people start working to assist them with losing weight. Do you find yourself obsessing about past failures and short comings with weight loss? What obstacles are you putting in your way to make your weight loss more complicated? These obstacles cause negative self destruction and sabotaging reasons to quit so you can go back to your comfort zone (familiarity).
Don’t look back.
Guide yourself out of the obstacles you have put in front of you. Start right now before any more precious time is wasted by giving you all the inner strength and knowledge you need to change your life in the direction of health and wellness.
