I have participated in Terri Lavoie’s aerobics classes for the last six years. She does an excellent job in providing an exercise program that works the whole body, concentrating on the principles of cardio, toning, strengthening, and flexibility workouts. She ends each class with a cool down stretch period to relax our muscles and rejuvenate our minds. She incorporates her life coaching skills in each class and encourages us to become familiar with the muscles we use in each activity. I often come to Terri’s class feeling stressed with the usual problems we all face. I leave the classes with a lighter heart knowing I can cope with the issues, thanks to Terri’s workouts and her life coaching tips.
