Terri has been personally training me for eight months. I would recommend her for any position that she may apply for in the fitness industry as she has drive, compassion and most of all she makes you dig deep and find that “warrior” within you and fight for that better life of being fit and healthy. She always has a smile on her face and a caring tone in her voice even when she knows you just want to kill her because she has pushed you to the limits that she believes and knows you can achieve, even if you personally think she is insane, but you thank her afterwards when you do achieve that goal.

I am currently training for a half-marathon at the end of September in Toronto and Terri is training me through running, weight training and most of all my nutrition. I have had the opportunity of working with other trainers, but Terri is the only one that has stepped up to the plate to help me conquer my inner demons, my love of fast food. She follows my nutrition closely and gives very sound advice and with her help I have lost 50lbs.

I have already set my sights on a full marathon at the end of May in Ottawa, and I am confident with Terri’s help and guidance, I will achieve this goal as well.
