I have attended Terri Lavoie’s aerobics classes for the past eight years. I do so for the many benefits I get from the variety of exercise classes she so competently provides for her clients. Weights, bands, bars, balls, steppers and bikes all work to keep me ( a senior citizen ) in tip top shape. If you think you are too old to participate in her classes, come out and try one. You will be pleasantly surprised at what you can do and how much healthier and energized you will feel after doing a class with Terri.
